Here and there on this site is some jazz, world and classical music, that we recorded in Boston MA. Most of the performers are teenagers from Berklee College of Music. That's how they play before they become A Big Stars.
We recommend listening to "Live 2 Two/Three 2 Five", an album of 'Honey Nut Roasted" - a "gang" of fifteen/fourteen years yang Americans. You will feel the energy of pure positivity, hope and joy. Performed one month before 9/11, 2001.
The tunes are: "Honey Nuts", "Do You Feel?", "Live 2 Two/Three 2 Five", "Silly Vasily", "Carnaval", "The Animal", "Andrew's Song", "Richard Song (repose"Do You Feel)"
Our next recordings are of powerful, romantic (with some nostalgia "from crossing the ocean"). Ladies and Gentlemen! Rock Band from Dublin, Ireland: "5 Helena". Songs: "Change", "Believer" and "Downtown".
Then follows "Hidden From View", the third album of the excellent band "moksha". Beautiful experimental/psychedelic jazz/funk/world music. Starting with: "The Opening", "In Full View", "Neutrino", "Afro Rave", "Cristal Temples", "Funkness" and "20/20".

Next there are "Letters From America"
It is our own @TranSiberianJoyEXP@ Project
With the greatest guitar player, Scott Collins
Fantastic/Mystical Keichi Hashimoto on trumpets
Only one, who can do this on drums and tablas: Rawghlin
Mateo Laboriel, from a family of exceptional musicians, plays bass
It starts with "Podi Tyda...", then goes
"Playa", "Solaris", Chingiz Hun Dance", 'New York Blues" and "Alleluia"
It is an experimental music based on a classical principles, but with jazz approaches of free form improvisations or "the creation on the spot without any planning or rehearsing" by musicians, who even didn't know each other before the actual recording. In the sound production, we tried to blend the sonic perceptions with the triggering of visuals in our inner mind, "quantum acoustics", when all cultural memory and our feelings are united in one semantic language of universal signs. You need some time (and good speakers or headphones) to 'get in' to that, almost Alpha State of Trance like dreaming or remembering but, if you are not in tune with/or not looking for something new, please feel free to skip this all together and go to a regular movie. (Just kidding)
The same with 'Katrina". It is a funeral music for New Orleans Tragedy in 2005. We dedicated this composition to the great Louis Armstrong and to all musicians of Louisiana, the birthplace of Jazz. The sounds of "Katrina" will irritate and probably scare you, like any disaster or 'craszy stranger' does, but after listening to that music there will be less fear and we hope, that you will be ready to make the next step on that 'stairway of life' and leave behind an anger, hate - any judgments. After all: 'if it didn't kill you - it will make you stronger'.
And what is This Life; just another semester of a constant learning of "our self" and 'Why I am Here?"; how to "love your neighbor" and where is Our Happiness and Freedom......
If we finally, look up higher off our day to day "business" (which is very close to "self distractions"), then we may come to an assumption that The Sun does not rotate around The Earth only to 'light up our day', and that trillions galaxies of stars are not just a 'beautiful night picture', and then we may allow ourselves to think: "What if, there is a really "Divine World" out there, or 'unseeing reality of an eternal qualities (no time/no space), which our languages are so limited to describe here and our brains so polluted, that cannot comprehend it now", and The Eternity needs not any approval of a temporal minds anyway. It just exists now, how it was from the beginning and it will be forever and ever... Sometimes we may touch a glimpse of it in our dreams or in the scriptures messages, but there is always a paradox and every time it is different from, or even opposite - to our "logic".....
For instant: how's 'cool' and convenient to love those - 'nice ones', who loves us back, but how it is difficult to welcome an angry stranger and 'Pray for Your Enemy'.....
Maybe It depends on the capacity of my heart to embrace with Love and without a judgment all "neighbors" and maybe it is not about "them", maybe on the very end - "they" are "we"?... maybe when I look outside to The World - I do see Myself?..... Our bodies made from the 'dust' of The Earth, but our souls came from ONE PLACE far and far from here, to where we all (one by one) will go back at our special day and will be again ONE.
"Enemy is your teacher", KongFuZi said
Sometimes it can be even "an emergency doctor".
and "the neighbor", may be that scary thing like a hurricane Katrina.
Luke 6:20-31
20) And he lifted up his eyes on his disciples, and said: "Blessed are you poor, for yours is the kingdom of God. 21) "Blessed are you that hunger now, for you shall be satisfied. "Blessed are you that weep now, for you shall laugh. 22) "Blessed are you when men hate you, and when they exclude you and revile you, and cast out your name as evil, on account of the Son of man! 23) Rejoice in that day, and leap for joy, for behold, your reward is great in heaven; for so their fathers did to the prophets. 24) "But woe to you that are rich, for you have received your consolation. 25) "Woe to you that are full now, for you shall hunger. "Woe to you that laugh now, for you shall mourn and weep. 26) "Woe to you, when all men speak well of you, for so their fathers did to the false prophets. 27) "But I say to you that hear, Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, 28) bless those who curse you, pray for those who abuse you. 29) To him who strikes you on the cheek, offer the other also; and from him who takes away your coat do not withhold even your shirt. 30) Give to every one who begs from you; and of him who takes away your goods do not ask them again. 31) And as you wish that men would do to you, do so to them."
Here and there you will find The Oasis of a simple beauty and a healing power of music of The Choir of Trinity Church of Boston, to the very end of playlist there is a "Sacred Music of Duke Ellington", performed by that Choir together with Berklee Concert Jazz Orchestra in the spring of 2009.
We hope that you will find beutiful Colombian music from the Ands. It is "Achuira" - fantastic, out of time and a space people. We were blessed to work with them.
Some music is the medicine for our Body and Soul like music of Louis Armstrong and "The Beatles". But "Katrina", "New York Blues" (actually, a funeral/healing music for september eleven 9/11), "Solaris" and some (but few, please do not worry and take it easy) tunes on this site [we call it "Pain Of The Day"] - like politically charged "Elections of 2004", "Beirut”, “Lebanon" - are hard core "antibiotics". That kind of 'medicine' was created on the next couple of days after those events as free form improvisations or reflections on what is going on in our world.Sometimes we need help from a medicine to heal our body, but this days we need to survive as whole human race from corruption of our minds and our souls and only FAITH, LOVE and UNITY can safe us. We believe, that art and music at this time, must take a responsibility to "actively" act with positive energy to unite - not to divide. People need help to choose Love not fear, Light not darkness, Peace not war.
All You Need Is Love
Love Is All You Need.
Again: WELCOME! WILLKOMMEN! DOBRO POJALOVATJ!!!!!!Laskovo Prosimo!!!!!!
WE are not for profit, we are not selling our stuff.
We believe, that our music even does not belong to us.
Art and music is a mystique form of creativity or "inSpiration" that Heavenly Creator shares with us.
Please listen, travel with the sounds, and we hope that you will enJoy that journey.
PEACE AND LOVE
Matthew 6:31-34, 7:1-12
31) " Therefore do not be anxious, saying, `What shall we eat?' or `What shall we drink?' or `What shall we wear?' 32) For the Gentiles seek all these things; and your heavenly Father knows that you need them all. 33) But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things shall be yours as well. 34) Therefore do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Let the day's own trouble be sufficient for the day. 7:1) Judge not, that you be not judged. 2) For with the judgment you pronounce you will be judged, and the measure you give will be the measure you get. 3) Why do you see the speck that is in your brother's eye, but do not notice the log that is in your own eye? 4) Or how can you say to your brother, `Let me take the speck out of your eye,' when there is the log in your own eye? 5) You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take the speck out of your brother's eye. 6) Do not give dogs what is holy; and do not throw your pearls before swine, lest the y trample them under foot and turn to attack you." 7) " Ask, and it will be given you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. 8) For every one who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened. 9) Or what man of you, if his son asks him for bread, will give him a stone? 10) Or if he asks for a fish, will give him a serpent? 11) If you then, who are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask him! 12) So whatever you wish that men would do to yo u, do so to them; for this is the law and the prophets."
